Jennifer Maciejewski created the first “On The Cheap” Blog in 2008 focusing her efforts on the Atlanta area where she lives with her family. She then opened up the “On The Cheap” brand to other bloggers around the U.S. and Canada. She operates CitiesOnTheCheap.com as a national site linking all of the regional sites.
